Shower Steamers are little mini "spa day" tablets. Each tablet is carefully designed to open your airways, invigorate your senses & generate relaxation of the mind and body. These shower steamers are about 1.25 oz in size but size may vary as they are handmade. In this variety pack you get the best of both worlds, 1 of each shower steamer scent:

Breathe is great for those who suffer with headaches. It also helps for sinus relief during allergy season, a winter cold or when you are stressed. Scents of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree & Spearmint. 

Uplift is great for mornings or when you need a pick me up, with scents of ylang-ylang, lemon, orange, grapefruit & lavender. 

Dream is great for relaxation and promotes sleep, with scents of ylang-ylang, clary sage, roman chamomile & lavender. 

HOW TO USE

Place 1 tablets in the shower corner (away from direct stream of water). As the piece gets wet, it starts to dissolve and releases potent essential oils into the hot shower steam.

Use as a facial steam (for very strong effect): Place part of a tablet into a bowl of warm water, place a towel over your head like a tent, close your eyes and breathe in the vapors.

*WARNINGS*

For shower only, do not use in the bath. The level of essential oils is higher in shower steamers than in bath productsKeep out of eyes. If in eyes, flush with clean water for 10 minutes or longer. If pregnant or nursing consult with doctor before use. Adult use only.
