Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum $100
Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by pre-paid check, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex). Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
Orders under 300 candles in our Wholesale Marketplace will ship within 10-12 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 candles for a projected timeline.
Please inquire about rush orders. The rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We do not currently offer Free Shipping on wholesale orders at this time
We will provide you a tracking number upon shipment. Sakonnet Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to ensure your orders are delivered to you safely. We are not responsible for any mistakes on order form such as wrong address, wrong products, wrong sizes, wrong scent. If there is a mistake on your order, contact us immediately through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will discuss how to proceed.
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself.
Retailers located in Rhode Island may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person in their shop. We also provide scent samples for free for those not local to Rhode Island — just let us know your shipping address and we can send along!
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Sakonnet Candle Co. within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
